The idea behind 2nd-home.com was created in the autumn of 2005. On the 27th December 2005, after several months of planning and hard work, 2nd home Hua Hin (Thailand) co., Ltd was created by the two Danish partners and founders, Marck Christiansen & Steve Laursen. Our company & office was, with a traditional Thai ceremony performed by nine Buddhist monks, blessed and the day after we opened the doors for business.
Buying property in a foreign country is a very big decision. It is therefore extremely important to get the right advice. 2nd-home is through our extensive network of contacts always help with answers and advice, whether it concerns the Thai laws, company registration, tax issues, etc. We are also with you all the way through the sale, from signing the contract to the property is paid and transferred.
